Return details

Items are accepted for return 30 days from the date you receive it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in along with the original packaging. We will need the receipt and proof of purchase.

Shipping an item back for a return

Unless the product is defective upon delivery, a return shipping of $7.99 will be deducted from your refund.

RETURN PROCESSING

Once a returned item arrives in our office it will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that if your returned order has to pass through customs, this can take up to an additional 3-5 business days. We appreciate your patience.
